STOVETOP BARISTA

Complementing the legendary steaming power of their Stovetop Espresso Maker & Steamer, Bellman's High Extraction Brew Head Attachment provides even greater control to produce barista-quality espressos, cappuccinos and lattes.

Introducing an external group head with a 49mm / 16g portafilter basket in place of the internal moka pot style brewing basket, the Brew Head Attachment allows for true espresso style extraction with a finer grind, better control of corresponding infusion pressure, and more optimal temperature.

Compatible with Bellman Espresso Maker & Steamer models containing the brew basket stem (CX25 and CX25P).
FEATURES

New High Extraction Brew Basket introduces an external group head with 16g / 49mm portafilter basket for true espresso style extractions: allows for a finer grind and better control of the corresponding infusion (optimally at 2-3 bars of pressure), with the brew water path acting as a heat sink to bring the near boiling water to a more optimal 90-95°C temperature range for extraction.

Includes a plastic scoop with tamper end (optional stainless steel tamper available separately), and a silicone band for easier insertion and removal of the Brew Head Attachment portafilter.

Durable construction: robust and built to last.

MATERIALS

304 grade 18/8 Stainless steel w. Bakelite; aluminum group head with stainless steel basket and shower screens.
